

ABOUT THE COACH.
My name is Ellis Vine, a coach dedicated to helping people achieve physical & mental excellence while
raising their personal standard of life. I’ve walked many paths, gaining experience in lots of
different area of both sport & life experience. I’ve been a hardgainer as a teenager competing at
140lbs in my first powerlifting show until building knowledge & putting in the work to eventually
reach 320lbs in my final strongman show.
I started training in a spit & sawdust gym before social media existed, mastering the fundamentals
of strength & physique development.
I competed in bodybuilding, winning multiple British & World titles, balancing strict diets, family
life, full time work & personal challenges.
I then pivoted to strongman, competing again at world & national level, overcoming injuries &
setbacks, including a major injury that forced me into retirement & challenged my entire identity.
Once again I adapted & worked on myself through wellness & physique development.
From these experiences, I built a coaching business while balancing family & a high stress job,
learning holistic methods, advanced physiology, nervous system regulation, recovery & mental
resilience. I also spent years understanding ADHD, refining my mindset & mastering strategies that
transform not only the body, but the mind & life.
My coaching philosophy is simple. The plan does not just work for you, it becomes you. I integrate
structured training, personalised nutrition, nervous system control, biohacking & mindset strategies
to help clients develop resilience, clarity & the ability to operate at a higher standard in every area
of life.
I’ve experienced extreme bodybuilding diets, peak strength training, injury rehab, mental health
challenges, balancing family & business. All of which I use to guide my clients. My mission is to
help you become the main character of your story, achieve transformative change & unlock your
full potential.
